4th of July Printables
July is a fun month full of BBQs, camping, swimming, and just plain fun! We love getting together with family and friends reminiscing and spending time and making memories, like the time when uncle Bill took you parasailing over the lake.
With Independence Day just around the corner, we thought we would design some printables that will not only help make memories, but make memories that you won’t want to forget.
These printables are sure to provide fun from the little one who eats dirt in the backyard to the teenager who can’t seem to take enough selfies to post on Instagram.
4th of July Printables – I Spy Game
The I Spy Game
This game is for the younger kiddos. Count each item in the left column, add them up, and then write the number next to the correct picture. How many flip flops did you find? It is that easy….and FUN!
4th of July Printables – Photo Scavenger Hunt
The Photo Scavenger Hunt and Challenges
This games is fun for the entire family, especially for those who love to take photos of random things like that piece of trash lying in the front yard, or the crack in the sidewalk.
Step 1. In this game, gather all of your family and friends together. Divide everyone up in teams. Any number of teams will do, but as you know, teams include at least two people.
Step 2. You can decide if you want each team to finish the entire list before coming back to home base or if each team is given a certain amount of time to find everything. For example, each team has an hour to find as many items as and do as many challenges as they can on the list.
Step 3. In the Photo Scavenger Hunt part of the game, walk or drive around the neighborhood looking for each item on the list. take pictures of the items as proof that you found them. Each item has a point value. You want to be strategic and look for things with the highest point value.
In the Challenges part of the game, each team does as many challenges as you can in the allotted time. Take pictures or video as proof that you completed the challenge. As with the Photo Scavenger Hunt, each challenge has a point value, so you want to do challenges with the highest point value first if possible.
Step 4. Gather the teams back together. Add up the teams’ points. Whatever team has the most points is the winner.
